Choose request type 'Issue' (default is 'Idea').
Write a brief description of the issue.
Provide more details in the bigger text box below brief description so we can replicate the issue. Provide also error message which appeared on client and/or server side.
Attach server side logs - it does not have to be the whole log file, but it has to be at least those lines which are related to the issue. We really need them to see what went wrong on the server side.
